DREAM

What is the use of a life without a dream?
Too impractical though it may seem
But look at the engine which runs on steam
Was it not once just an impossible dream?

Look at Einstein with his innovative scheme
Were his theories not to the very extreme?
It cut through science like a laser beam
Was it not just another impossible dream?

Look at our ’83 world cup team
It outplayed the game’s supreme
Heard India’s victory scream?
Was it not just another impossible dream?

As life progresses all this makes sense
The pleasure of a worthy achievement is immense
And when life becomes full – thick and dense
There is no stopping – no boundary, no fence

What the future holds is all suspense
So make your thoughts powerful and intense
Don’t let a single doubt cross your line of defense
And attack life with a powerful offense

Be positive at any expense
Live life in dollars, not in cents
The infinite mind power – you never condense
Never live life on the devil’s pretense
